This privacy policy applies to the Mixboard Ai app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Gizem Ece Çetin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

•   The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

Our app collects facial images uploaded by the user solely for the purpose of generating personalized AI-generated images. The images are temporarily processed to extract relevant data needed for animation and are deleted immediately after processing.

• Users upload their photos to create personalized AI-generated images. These images are processed temporarily to generate the requested image.
• The collected face data is used exclusively for image creation. No biometric identifiers or facial geometry are collected, and the data is not reused for any other purpose.

Photos from Your Library

• When you use the app, you may upload a photo from your device's library to generate an AI photo.
• These photos are only used to create the requested image and are not stored on our servers unless otherwise stated.

Generated Images

• The AI-generated cartoon images are temporarily stored on your device for your use.
• Images are not uploaded or shared with third parties unless you explicitly choose to do so (e.g., via social sharing features).

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• The Application does not use cookies. However, third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, AdMob) may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to collect and analyze user data. Please refer to the third-party service providers' privacy policies for more information.

All uploaded images and face data are retained only during the image generation session and are permanently deleted upon image completion. Face data is not stored or reused for any other purpose.

• Aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.

If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at gechventure@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

 

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (gechventure@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
